Dora Mojzes is a Hungarian designers who enjoys combining sheer and sheen in a collection of all black evil godmother worthy attire. Her collection completely embodies what my ideal villainess would wear, the type of dresses fit for terrorizing some blond, blue eyed princess wannabe with dreams of marrying into wealth.
