A Real Runway Blitz If you thought tackling was only for the football field, you’re dead wrong! We reported yesterday that 80s Chanel inspiration Inès de la Fressange was to walk the runways again, showing two looks for designer Jean Paul Gaultier. Not only did the ex-model look stunning and receive applause from a supportive audience, she also had a near Super Bowl experience as Gaultier chased her down the runway and playfully tackled her! The comic relief was much appreciated, making light of the dramatic fashion and angsty model faces! Let’s just hope she didn’t break a hip…

Wrinkles On The Runway! Just in time for a mid-life crisis, Inès de la Fressange, Karl Lagerfeld’s first and most prominent muse at Chanel, is making her runway resurgence this afternoon modeling for designer and friend, Jean Paul Gaultier. Nearly 20 years and two children later, the 52 year old model turned creative director for Roger Vivier will model two separate looks on the runway. So, the next time you’re feeling down as you add a candle to the birthday cake, just remember that if you stay beautiful and skinny, you might land yourself on a catwalk! Let’s just hope de la Fressange doesn’t bring her walker on the runway…
