It might be a bit too cold to expose a little leg in the chilly winter months, but come spring 2009, I’m going to wear my thigh-high tights and sock garters loud and proud. Like pictured above, I suggest wearing such tights with miniskirts, cocktail dresses, shirt dresses or even shorts! Come on Mother Earth…bring on the spring!
