Everyone’s favorite cosmetic retailer just released its iPhone app, and I have a feeling sales are about to skyrocket. Now you can browse and buy Sephora products from anywhere at anytime.

Last week ELLE Magazine announced the ELLE Shopping Guide app which is available for iPhone and iPod Touch. The location-based app is a completely new area for the company and taps a new revenue opportunity for local advertising dollars. This ELLE App capitalizes on the power of mobility by creating the ultimate resource for discovering where to shop for the hottest fashion and where to go to get great offers. In “ELLE Top Shops,” a feature which is also in ELLE magazine, editors select favorite ELLE shops to highlight. In “Offers”, local retailers in the three launch cities – NY, LA and SF with more cities rolling out soon – will be able to more effectively drive consumers into their stores by offering coupons, merchandise info and other store information through the app. The ELLE Shopping Guide’s initial retailers making offers include Diane Von Furstenberg, Intermix, Otte, Flight 001, Iven.tory, Kiki de Montparnasse, AG Adriano and Goldschmied, with more on the way.

With this app you can:
Browse the complete Tommy Hilfiger collection with a flick and a scroll
Use search and filters to easily find the latest styles in their favorite category, size or price range
Touch, pan and zoom images to view intricate product and outfit details
Add their favorite items to a cart and easily checkout with quick-fill capabilities to enter shipping and billing information
Register to receive news on the latest products and initiatives available when shopping online or via a mobile device
I really don’t care about this app, but maybe it’s because I don’t have an iPhone? but maybe it’s because I don’t care to shop online for Tommy Hilfiger clothes? but maybe it’s because I don’t shop for Tommy Hilfiger clothes?
On a side note: remember when Tommy Hilfiger’s daughter had that show on MTV? hahaha.
