Style icon and Oscar winner Gwyneth Paltrow graces the May cover of Harper’s Bazaar. In a candid interview, Paltrow opens up about juggling work, mommy-dom and marriage while preparing for the release of Iron Man 2, the trials of fame, and her controversial website, GOOP.

On her lifestyle while filming Love Don’t Let Me Down: “I was so bad with the food and alcohol in Nashville, if you saw me naked compared to what I looked like when I did Iron Man 2, where I was eating so well and exercising everyday…I’ll get it back together, but I just have never eaten so much fried food and white flour in my life, ever.”

On her husband, Coldplay’s Chris Martin: “He is so great because he’s so supportive of me as an artist. He loves the fact that I’m working and was so fulfilled by this job that I did in Nashville. He’s my biggest supporter. He’s always like, ‘We’ll make it work.’ I really lucked out with him. He’s deeply lovely and special.”

On Hollywood: “You never know if you’re going to be in or out of favor. You never know if you’re going to get a good part. I’ve been through everything from being at the top of the A-list and then, ‘No, they really don’t see you for this part.’”

On shooting Iron Man: “Iron Man was heaven. The kids could come every day. They had their mini Jeep they drove around the parking lot in front of my trailer. I wasn’t naked or crying like on the Nashville movie, where it was like, ‘No, you can’t visit Mommy today.’ This was a much different thing. But professionally, I did feel so ‘Oh, my God, yes, this is what I do. You know, this is me.’”

Iron Man co-star Robert Downey Jr. on her personality: “She knows how to go large and she knows how to be that thing and that person and then the rest of the time she’s wearing a pair of yoga pants and steaming some cod or something.”

Diesel thinks every man should be an Iron Man. Their releasing a limited edition Iron Man version of their masculine fragrance, Only the Brave. Expect a line of fan geeks (and me) outside the Diesel store when this armored up version hits stores in mid-April.

Marvel Comics is releasing a new series of comic books on August 26th that revolve around models and fashion.

So far, according to NY Times, “Models Inc.” will feature a trio of ladies – Spiderman’s love Mary Jane, Millicent Collins (Millie the Model), and Patsy Walker who is also a superhero named Hellcat – working to clear Millie of a crime she didn’t commit, the murder of a set designer. Their leader is set to be Tim Gunn, who will wear the Iron Man suit.

The Superheroes have arrived at the MET.

I’m heading there tomorrow, but I got a special preview of the event from the likes of The New York Times (photos in the Gallery).

Original costumes from Spiderman, X-Men and Iron Man are on display along with original works of fashion art from Alexander McQueen, Moschino, and Giorgio Armani. Two of my favorite things are together for the first time ever. I could ravage Anna Wintour right now. Shit, I think I wet myself.

Be sure to hit up the exhibit pronto. I might get arrested for trying to steal some items tomorrow, but if I can get into the Iron Man suit quick enough I should be able to blast past security and steal Mystique body suit from X-men to enjoy a superhuman rendezvous later in the evening. Seriously, these are the thoughts that run through my head during the day. I know. I need help
