SPREAD UM: Victoria’s Secret Models Bare It for Vogue Russia

Matt Irwin took a shot at making Vicky’s girls even sexier than they already are. Shot for Russian Vogue, this spread features our favorite angels is some pretty hot looks. Bondage and leather get their fair share of attention in this pulse racing spread. Julia Stegner, Doutzen Kroes, and Angela Lindvall made the cut for this steamy little spread.
SPREAD UM: Meet the Boyfriends, Vogue May 2009

Another feature in the Models Issue of Vogue May 2009 is “Meet the Boyfriends.”
Pretty straightforward — Patrick Demarchelier photographed six top models with their boyfriends: Doutzen Kroes, Chanel Iman, Arlenis Sosa, Julia Stegner, Caroline Trentini, and Anna Jagodzinska.
Cutest part: Caroline is dating the photographer’s son! And even though she’s clearly posing, this shot is my favorite because it seems the most authentic and least modelly.

The calendar will give you access to true New York glamor, your front row seat to beauty that is uniquely Maybelline. Models Adriana Lima, Kemp Muhl, Julia Stegner, Anna Wang and Jessica White all embody the Maybelline world of beauty and the Maybelline woman. Each makeup look gave me a certain feel I get when in NYC; electrifying, seductive, delicate, bright, strong, nightlife, fashion-forward, luxurious, sleek, confident, stylish, and vibrant. I am so excited about all of the makeup looks and can’t wait to add some of the products to my makeup kit.

ADDICT: Julia Stegner for Mercedes-Benz

Which do you think was photoshopped in?
Julia Stegner posed in an Anne Valerie Hash dress with a Mercedes-Benz CLS 350 CGI Grand edition.
The red-carpet-suggestive promotional images were shot for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin.
Stegner, who has walked the runway for pretty much everyone, was born in Munich.
F*ck Ups: Leopard Print
There was an animal loose at the Bambi awards, and it certainly wasn’t a doe. Leopard print was seen all over the red carpet; some was cute, but mostly it looked a bloody mess. Sylvie van der Vaart’s dress was a flattering cut and print, but the fabric, from what I can see, looks cheap. The dress Julia Stegner showed up wearing might be one of the ugliest garments I’ve seen in awhile. And those shoes? Bitch please. Birkenstocks would have looked more feminine. Pink resembles like the Prince of Pukey Outfits in this leopard gown. That color almost looks like camouflage from Gander Mountain. The worst possible things you can do with leopard print is put it on cheap fabric, give it a train or wear it immediately after the skinning. Congratulations, ladies, for allowing me to experience all three in one painful sitting.
