Valentine’s Day may (thankfully) be over, but love, much like poisonous factory fumes, is still in the air. Perhaps struck by Cupid’s arrow or some other penetrating accouterments, we decided to get ‘em while they’re young and play matchmaker with some celebrity spawn. Mazel, kids.

Georgia May Jagger + Kingston Rossdale If not their ages, they'll at least have rock star parentage in common. Of course, someone's father was in the Rolling Stones and someone's father sang "Glycerine," but that's neither here nor there.

Blanket Jackson + Lourdes Ciccone The scions of the Queen of Pop and the King of Pop could one day produce the...what's bigger than a king and a queen?...The Oprah of Pop!

Mason Dash Disick + Suri Cruise These two fashion plates would have some very stylish playdates. Just no one let Papa Scott anywhere near a real celebrity.

Maddox Jolie-Pitt + Willow Smith Maddox and Willow both made their names pretty early on with their bold choice of coiffure so why not continue to whip some beautiful hair together?

Blue Ivy Carter + Blue Ivy Carter Let's face it, no one's good enough or will ever be good enough for the golden child. Well...except, maybe a Beckham. Maybe.

L.A.M.B. Fall 2011: Classic Rock, Cultural Movements, Cool Looks

Running just a touch later than fashionably late, I sprinted through Lincoln Center in my five inch platforms, scanned/printed my ticket and thank the fashion gods I had a seat! The Theatre was well beyond capacity for the 8PM show, and at 8:25 (eek!) they were refusing entry to the straggling standers and forcing photographers waiting for a no-showing Matt Damon on the runway back into the pit. A security guard helped me to my seat, ejecting the Standing ticket holder out of my spot. Moments later, fog poured onto the entrance of the runway and the blazing L.A.M.B. insignia that was roaring on the giant screen melted into a visual feast. Fabulites like Joe Zee, Taryn Manning and Christian Siriano got the fullest effect from the front row, but I was plenty pleased with my partially obstructed view from A-8-4. Gwen Stefani staged a show of six musically engineered fly-styled vignettes.

Opening with the mass instrumental buildup of was The Beatles’ A Day In The Life and the massive grumble of helicopters.

Nude headscarves atop camo pleats, flounce and hounds tooth and structure marched through desert warfare. We Will Rock You. Kashmir. End scene.

Birds align in flight as warm hues of island sun meshes with funky educational prep under Rasta hats. The sights and sounds of Bob Marley wailing love infused with Gwen Stefani’s reggae twists carries the scene. “Ragga Muffins” in halter-esque maxis, slouchy checked coats and printed sweaters. End scene.

Rebel Rebel yelled over twisted English schoolboy-wear. Fat ties accompanied red tartan and leather, fusing frustrated businessman with late sixties British youth uprising on the early fringes of punk. End Scene.

Thick Asian (faux) frizz underneath the bowler hats is an accessory unto itself. The cleaner lines of the minimal robe and austere nude cuts gave way to a crinkly gray dye and repurposed chunk sweaters composed of squares of knits before it. Set to Harajuku pop, the original version of the Without Me intro, Marc McLaren’s Buffalo Gals, and the time warping image of a girl playing with her hair, this segment juxtaposed disheveled and clean. End Scene.

Black and white blazes on a sunny afternoon to the tune of psychedelia. Tomorrow Never Knows what effect optic stripes with orange punches will have on the mind. The tunic cut from the shoulders diagonally inward into pockets with black side panels underneath stated modern mod. You Better You Bet brings on thick bias stripes in front of a dizzying red swirl behind her. Get Back. End Scene.

Crimson and diamonds swim through pyrotechnic explosions around images of Gwen Stefani on screen, her own voice projecting this final story. Eight Gwen-alikes take to the runway in caped, draped, sheer and springy black, drenched in golden ropes. Blonde tresses bumped and waists running low, Gwen Stefani proclaims disco glam. End Scene.

Gwen Stefani put on a spectacle of grand proportions. She projected imagery of cultural movements, making us think about a whole host of topics at once, with notes of rebellion stringing throughout. It wasn’t absolutely cohesive, but she’s working on it. Gwen has brought her large scale entertainment philosophy to the fashion arena, and it elevated her clothing. Bravo. Take that last walk with the adorable little Kingston now.

IN CASE YOU CARE: Suri Cruise’s Clothes Are Worth $3.6 Million

You know those little kids you see on a daily basis that make you go ‘Aww I hope my kid is like that when I finally have a child.’ Well I literally say that every time I see Kingston. This picture of him in his dragon costume, pajama pants and crazy haircut has me hoping that my kid is that cool someday.

After enduring 9 months of pregnancy, spending thousands of dollars on preparing a baby room and struggling to pick the perfect, not too bizarre, not too common, baby name, the last thing a parent wants is an ugly child.
