Forbes Ranks Hollywood’s Most Overpaid Actresses

Forbes Magazine, which clearly has nothing better to do than feed into society’s insatiable appetite for celebrity by enumerating their incomes based on conjecture, scientific (I’m guessing) estimates and good ole hearsay, has come out with its list of “Hollywood’s Highest Paid Actresses.” The list, which reads like a “Really? Her?” of A-list “talent,” is topped by supermom and noted bare-faced adventurer Angelina Jolie who ties with the “actress” formerly (and forever) known as Carrie Bradshaw, one Ms. Sarah Jessica Parker. Six awful dresses and a fat girl… sign me up. Wait, seriously? That just came out of me?? Well, I’m actually super stoked to subject myself to tacky satin and “ugly shoes” all because Kristen Wiig and Judd Apatow are responsible for it. The studio that created Knocked Up, Anchorman, The Hangover, and every other notably quotable comedy of the past 7 years has released a female fronted film of highlarious proportions. Or as Maya Rudolph put it in an interview with EW, ”A comedy, with vaginas everywhere.” Quoteworthies from Bridesmaids ahead.

What all the rave reviews might not be telling you about Bridesmaids is that the Fashion Indie Editors* are in the Bridal Party.

Get Pregnant For Marc Jacobs!

If this isn’t a sign that pregnancy hasn’t been a hot trend this year, I don’t know what is. Marc Jacobs teamed up with Bugaboo baby accessories to create a few limited edition baby carriers. I think they are pretty cool. They almost make me want to go out and knock some unsuspecting victim, but I watched Knocked Up last night and have realized that I never want to deal with that crap. Sorry all you Corey groupies!
