Is it just me or does Nicole Richie look like a carbon copy of Lady Ga Ga in the Blackbook Magazine April issue? The poker-straight platinum blonde hair is a fierce look for Richie (I’m used to the scuzzy dirty-blonde wig she wears) and to be quite honest, I think she does Lady Ga Ga better than the sorry excuse for a popstar herself! Kudos Richie…totally rocking this spread.
