Rarely do I laud clutches as a bag of proper choice, but leave it to Alexander McQueen to lead me to a change of heart. The Knuckle Box Clutch doesn’t want to be tucked away under the arm. It wants to be fingered.

Bonnaroo joins over 100,000 young music lovers together with the common objective of having the Greatest. Time. Ever. The festival went down this weekend in the hottest fun-brewing dustbowl this side of the Mississippi (and that side of the Mason Dixon Line). It was a feast (and challenge) for every sensation, and what everyone wore was truly sensational. I frolicked around with a Flip Cam tied to my body, sneakily capturing every outfit that caught my sparkling eyes. Upon reflection of these guerilla videos, I’ve snapshotted the trends that cropped up in This Tent and That and The Other, Which and What Stages. And this is what you wore:

Things got wild in AvaMaria when owner Katherine Virketiene brought out this structural Dasgupta jacket. After pairing it with the leopard shirt dress, there was a bit of awe at the wall of shoes when trying to land on the right ones. Swans, leopards, all of the animals were let loose at this year’s Grammys. Florence Welch and Nicki Minaj wore Givenchy Haute Couture by Riccardo Tisci Spring-Summer 2011 to the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards, and they looked a little more than goofy. The proportions, the cut-outs, nothing is working for me as I observe their red carpet photos. But decide for yourself – what do you think of these over-the-top Givenchy outfits?

What goes around comes around. And for Callula Lillibelle, it’s the 1960s for its fall 2011 collection. Designs like the red mini dress paired with lighter red tights and hat brings Twiggy to mind. The good thing about this collection is you don’t need to have a body like Twiggy to wear the clothing. The designers Melanie Fraser Hart and William Calvert kept in mind the everyday woman with basic pieces like skirts, tops, wide-leg pants, skinny pants and jackets. This line varies in prints, colors and materials, so it can become a staple in any woman’s wardrobe when playing around with the different pieces of clothing. This line takes the basic pieces to the next level with bold reds and yellows, tweed, hounds tooth and leopard prints.

How can you not love the color contrasts and the shocks of blonde, red and some leopard.
