It’s National Margarita Day, and we’ve been working hard calling all over town trying to see who delivers the frozen cocktails in NYC. Though we haven’t had much luck in the booze delivery search, we did come up with the perfect outfit in which to celebrate the festivities in our Look of the Day.

I’ve never really been a fan of the liquid eyeliner. Mostly because it would take me hours upon end to apply, you need a pretty steady hand, and I mean a very steady hand.
