And gracing the cover is none other than Chloë Sevigny, posed as noted auteur Terry Richardson – plaid shirt, dirty smirk, black frames, thumbs up and all. When Luis Venegas, publisher of the indie fashion magazine Fanzine137, offered Zac Posen a double spread to create his ideal ad, the designer jumped at the chance (free advertising in todays market, who wouldn’t!?!)

The result!?!?! This coughed up hairball of an attempt at advertising!!!

When you don’t have to spend thousands on magazine space, the least you can do is put some money into hiring a cat that can pose. Alexandra Tomlinson and this unknown/unintersted cat (what Morris and Garfield weren’t available!?!) star in the campaign which might as well be some candid shots from a bad prom night, you know the kind, where the captain of the football team goes freebasing with his friends and forgets to pick you up so your stuck at home in your dress, a jar of peanut butter, and Whiskers. Wait, what, that didn’t happen to you? Nevermind, nevermind.
