It’s only March, but PETA has released a new Worst-Dressed list for 2009. Madonna took top honors, with the animal rights folks warning her that “wearing fur doesn’t make you a cougar.”

Other honorees include Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Kanye West, and Ekizabeth Hurley, all for consistently wearing fur.

A big theme of the Fall 2008 Prada collection was doily patterned separates. On the runway they layered different colored lace shirts over skirts, to create a highly textured look. They also utilized this trend over solid shirts, to make the lace pop. The whole look speaks to Prada’s riche art girl aesthetic.

Prada also presented the trend in muted beige shirts mixed with neon skirts

Here’’s Keira Knightley gracing the cover of September’s Tattler. Her black ostrich meets attacking octopus look with baby pink nails to match are looking mighty fierce. Fortunately, readers will forget about the previous cover of Maggie Gyllenhaal channeling The Joker. Too bad all Miss Knightley can do is pout.

I am a little late to the game, but what’s the deal with Maggie Gyllenhaal’s cover for Tatler magazine? Who is the hack editor who would ever let this image be the cover?!

Is it a not so well thought out nod to The Dark Knight? Did the Joker serve as inspiration?

It’s not even that the black jumpsuit is bad, all you had to do was belt it!

Quite a number of people came together in New York City last night in order to get their peak at the premiere of the film The Dark Night. Celebrities came prepared to pose for the camera, remember Heath Ledger with his friends and family, and of course, watch a great movie.
