Model Zuzanna Bijoch who you might recognize from a story earlier this week in (Fashion Magazine Gets All Political) is also taking on the role as one of the faces for Yves Saint Laurent’s beauty ad campaigns for Fall 2011. And of course the one and only Terry Richardson captures all the volume in the Effet Faux Cils Shocking mascara.

It was a given that the Alexander Wang Fall 2011 collection was going to be a remarkable one to remember, but the make-up on the other hand was something to keep an eye out for! Wang, always keeping his looks with a rocker-chic edge, killed it with this seasons sort of slept in look.

Winter is beyond harsh to everyone’s dollface skin! Your everyday moisturizers aren’t enough during this bleak winter season, so why not perk your skin up with a little Allure Magazine inspiration.

Ask any female celebrity, “Who’s your beauty icon?” and she’ll likely answer Jackie O, Audrey Hepburn, or Marilyn Monroe. But while those three classic beauties might be the most obvious contenders, they aren’t the only ones. I have a friend with red hair and fair skin who considers Julianne Moore her beauty icon, and takes cues from photos of Moore as to whether she can pull off a blue-ish red lipstick or a peachy blush herself. I also prefer having a current beauty icon because then her looks change with the trends.

Just because you’re ridiculously good looking and have wicked style, doesn’t mean you’re always feeling like you’re awesome self, especially on these harsh cold winter days. Sometimes you just need a simple statement piece to go along with those comfortable plain jane ensembles… I like to call it the glamour casual look.
