Fresh-Faced Anabel Van Toldeo is “Maschile Femminile” for Marie Claire Italia

With a kohl-lined eye and lusciously unruly waves, Anabel Van Toldeo stars in a black and white spread photographed by Thierry Le Gouès for the February 2011 issue of Marie Claire Italia. Titled “Maschile Femminile,” structured pieces are mixed with fluid feminine lines for a look a that is always powerful yet never overtly rugged. The new and fresh-faced Toledo was expertly styled by Laura Seganti for the spread.

This particular one, shot by Elina Kechicheva, elevates the fantasy feel with an abstract headpiece that doubles as a sinister crown, making Mona Johannesson the ice queen of this enchanted land.
