I recently reported that muscles are all the go for Rio’s Fashion Week. Now ladies, I know sometimes we get a little carried away, but this is not necessary. If your neck is beefier than a WWF wrestler’s neck or your biceps make Mario Lopez look like a little school girl, you’re taking it to the extreme. Eat right, exercise and keep your muscles toned and you’re good to go.
