Holy smokes! (such and under rated saying)
These boots and shoes from Martyn Bal’s Fall 2009 collection are worth dodging puddles for. The unique straps and stitching have a cool vintage feel to them, while the fringes are just the right added touch. These are not the shoes you want your hipster friend puking on while your bar hopping on the LES.

One designer, two collections, one day. Woah I definitely got my Martyn Bal fix today, but the collections were worth posting. Now I know I was raving about the Spring 2009 collection, but I definitely love this collection way more. The heavy layering and styled suits are incredible, and the leather jacket is insane. The belted trench might have to be hunted down, because it looks amazing.

Martyn Bal wants everyone dressed to impress this Spring by the looks of his latest Spring collection. He features a lot of really amazing suits that show some ankle just beneath the high cuff on the slacks. The collection is great all around. I really like the light and comfy feel that this collection gives off. If you want more from Martyn Bal be sure to check out his website.

The latest collection from Martyn Bal is absolutely genius, thus making it a much anticipated collection for me. The new line is a solid mix of tans, greys and deep reds that come together so perfectly its disgusting. I think the most attractive part of the whole collection is the tailoring. I’m a tall, skinny, lanky guy, and due believe it or not, it’s almost impossible to find a suit that fit me well and is still long enough in the waist and sleeves, without having to spend a decent amount of money on tailoring. These very Thom Browne-esque suits look like they would fit me perfectly. I love the high cuff on the pant and the super slim fit on the jacket. This collection also features on of my favorite leather jackets too! Martyn Bal has quite the collection here, and I for one and dying to get my hands on it.
