Here’s a little reminder that the Target McQ Market, a pop-up shop preview for Alexander McQueen’s line for Target, opens today.

The shop should be stocked with the whole collection.

How did you approach designing the Target collection differently from your McQ line?

Well it is actually not so far away from how I design the McQ collection; I started with a feeling, a girl and her spirit, and ran with it. There are elements which are naturally “me” which stayed the same, the design details and the edge, for example.

So we’re all counting the days until the March launch of McQ Alexander McQueen for Target.

But it was just announced that the collection will actually debut (barring the typical early appearances on target.com) at a two-day Manhattan preview, starting February 14, at 330 West Street.

Is-Mental got a hold of some lookbook images for Alexander McQueen’s upcoming McQ for Target collection.

Priced from $20-130, the collection is the tamer side of McQueen — structured pieces with a slight edge (short black trench, studded leather vest, zipper leggings).  

I’m just dying to know where the shoes are from.
