Disco fever hit the basement of the Hudson hotel tonight as LA’s Wildfox set this place a-fire. Stringed Tees, lace and velvet bellbottoms and high-top jagged platforms danced the scene. Models got down in the midst of the DJ crew of the Misshapes party people and we got down to Absolut Jimi Hendrix (Absolut Wild Tea vodka and lime juice, among other delicious flavors).

The next night I went with a couple friends to the Belvedere party, which every model and their mother decided to attend. I should have known when I saw on the invite that the Misshapes were the DJs that it would be model central. I mean models to the Misshapes are like gold diggers to investment bankers. Keep reading…

Leigh Lezark is totally my fashion crush. For a short period of time while hitting up Misshapes in NYC I swore I wanted to bed her. Time has passed and the sexiest member of the DJ trio (sorry Geordon) has really made a serious name for herself on the fashion scene picking up celebrity buddies along the way like Agyness Deyn and Karl Lagerfeld. Truly love her.
On a sidenote, whatever happened to Misshapes.com? I was totally into the project and was hoping it would take off, but it seems like they haven’t been able to get a post update in like 6 months. Wonder if this is another thing the group has figured has run its course. Hey guys if you’re interested in getting someone to manage shit for you, feel free to call. There’s definitely some untapped potential that should be played with there.
