I always look forward to seeing the people from Mjolk at Capsule every year, because they always present such an impressive collection. Spring 2010 keeps the streak alive, as they arrived with the collection featured hear. The fabrics are all super light, and will provide a comfortable fit for the warm Spring and Summer heat. Such an amazing collection.

I know it’s day one of (Capsule), but I haven’t made it over yet! But here’s a little preview of the latest Mjolk collection, I can’t wait to see what they have to offer at (Capsule) tomorrow.

Our good friends at Mjolk sent us a reminder that they will be showing their newest collection at (Capsule) in two weeks. I can’t wait for both my favorite event of the year, and to see some of my favorite designers as well. Just talking about it has me all stir crazy!

Our friends over at Mjolk were kind enough to send over their Fall 2009 look book after I fell in love with it at (Capsule) back in January. The collection features some absolutely incredible looks, and it also wins my award for the best accessory of 2009 (yeah I know the year is still young, but so what). The ribbon featured above on that amazing micro printed suit is one of the coolest ideas I’ve seen a long time. I would wear that ribbon everyday if I had one. A truly amazing collection from a truly amazing brand.

Mjolk has been a favorite brand of mine for a long while now, and when I got to see their Fall 2009 Collection at (Capsule) this year I was really excited to see what they had. Well it’s safe to say I wasn’t disappointed in the slightest. Mjolk is gearing up to launch another amazing collection. They have some great thigh length shirts and cardigans and the micro print suit is amazing from any distance. The super small print gives it a completely different look from up close.

Mjolk was one designer that I saw at this year’s Capsule event over the summer that I have been extremely interested, excited about. Each collection has both outlandish pieces to remember by, and classic, staple pieces. The combonation of the two is what makes Mjolk so great in my eyes. Here is a line up of what you can pick up from them this current season. Don’t be scared to get a little crazy, buy some Mjolk and make a statement.

Designers Lars Stoten, Denmark’s DesignSkole graduate, and ex-Central St Martins College of Art and Design, John Clarke founded Mjolk (check out their site to understand the above words) and made a name for the brand thanks to their well crafted men’s suiting, with slim silhouettes and rock and roll edge in bright colors. For SS08, the brand has taken a preppy approach. The brand has been worn by bands such as Franz Ferdinand and the Scissor Sisters. Mjolk is sold at Bblessing, NYC, BStore London and Loveless, Tokyo.
