The designs are out! Back in February, Fashion Indie shared that Moises de la Renta, son of fashion emperor Oscar de la Renta, would be starting his own label, MDLR. Just as anticipated, the fashions are “simple,elegant and practical,” and certainly provide a bit of classy edge. Prices retail for just under $1000; a steal for being tagged with the de la Renta name! Absolutely loving the geometric handbag as well as the leather, biker vest!

Move over old-timer Oscar, Moises de la Renta is about to break into the fashion biz, paving a whole new way for the de la Renta name! With a degree in communications and experience in the fashion industry, de la Renta junior is slated to release a “simple,elegant and practical” collection this season. The label, MDLR, will produce “lower priced” (under $1000) high-end clothing and accessories. Oh, I’m just itching to see more!
