All while promoting the new Vogue digital archive, which costs nearly $1600 for a year. A&F wants The Situation to wear an “alternate brand” and has also “extended this offer to other members of the cast, and are urgently waiting a response.”

A. Since when is Abercrombie & Fitch an aspirational brand? Sure, once upon a time it was actually a respected label but that went flying out the door once those homoerotic soft porn biannuals disguised as catalogs started popping up in-store.

B. Correct me if I’m wrong (don’t you dare), but isn’t The Situation the kind of customer A&F mainly appeals to, i.e. douchebags and juiceheads?

C. This has been happening to Snooki for ages with designers purposely sending her their competitor’s bags in order to avoid being associated with her, so the Jersey Shore kids are basically fist-pumping, cartwheeling and throwing up all the way to the bank. God bless America. [WWD]

Although I am bored by Lauren wearing her own line at the Us Weekly Hot Hollywood Party, it’s amazing how much her confidence on the red carpet has blossomed and evolved from the beginning.

Elle Fanning in D&G Spring 2011 – I want to adopt Elle as my own first born child -  she is so adorable. I love this floral romper with the floral wedges. Where else and on who can an overload of prints work this well?

Leighton Meester in Balmain Fall 2011 – Although she makes a lot of mistakes and does poorly in style school sometimes, I still stand by Leighton. She looks perfect in this bling-encrusted Balmain dress. I’m glad to see her at the top of the list for once.

Emma Stone in Bottega Veneta Fall 2011 – Congratulations Emma for finally making my best dressed list! She looks phenomenal with her red-again hair in this golden, lacy frock. The orange accessories are PERFECT.

Hailee Steinfeld in Louis Vuitton – Many think Hailee looks too old in this sequin-adorned Louis Vuitton suit, but I think she looks youthful and chic. Unfortunately, I hate the shirt she is wearing underneath and wish she would have chosen something brighter and not so stiff.

Lil Mama in Sherri Hill Fall 2011 – This little lady sometimes tries too hard and ends up looking completely ridiculous on the red carpet. But Lil Mama got it right this time in a perfectly-fitting strapless mini dress. She is put-together and sexy without looking ridiculous.

Emma Watson in Marchesa - I thought this look was a little safe for Emma, but it grew on me as I looked through all the red carpet photos from last night. It’s difficult to pull-off a stark white dress and even more so if it’s this short. This is a great feminine look with the added edge of the Brian Atwood pumps.

On to the MOST BORING looks of the night. The Cs of the red carpet, these ladies could have tried a lot harder.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2011 -  I usually LOVE animal print, so I’m surprised I’m not phased by this. But a short animal print dress with the half-up, half-down hair? Ehhh I need something more from a gorgeous gal like Rosie. It would have made a huge difference if the dress was left longer like it was shown on the runway.

Blake Lively in Michael Kors - If Blake was going to a sophisticated fashion event, this would be an A++. But for an MTV awards show? Where is the insane Chanel Couture that could be blowing all these tartlets out of the water? If you have the access, use it!

Reese Witherspoon in Zac Posen Pre-Fall 2011 – Snore. Snoring at the hair, the dress, the shoes. Snoring at you Reese Witherspoon, who has been doing so well and just had to go and disappoint when you were receiving the post “prestigious” MTV Movie Award possible.

Selena Gomez in Giambattista Valli Spring 2011 – Talk about looking too old. Fit for a grandmother, this ensemble is just too tedious for MTV. Selena wowed us at the Billboards and must be tired because she is not at work.

Here we are ladies and gentlemen, the WORST DRESSED of the MTV Movie Awards. These ladies receive Ds and Fs for their detestable fashion sense.

Jessica Szohr in Alice + Olivia Fall 2011 – AHHHH!! This is a paisley nightmare! Hide your kids, hide your wife because this is the scariest clown I’ve ever seen. Perfect example of how an awesome runway piece looks like shit in real life. Look at Jessica’s face, she’s as horrified as we are.

Kristen Stewart in Balmain - Someone finally managed to look like a hooker in Balmain. Kristen Stewart continues to neglect her fashion studies in this too short, terribly styled studded and safety pinned number. The hair is bad, the shoes are wrong and she is not working this dress the way it needs to be worked.

Mila Kunis in Balmain Fall 2011 – Poor Balmain, so much drama as of late. I am obsessed with this skirt, but what in god’s name was Mila wearing on top? It looks like she was half changed into her pajamas, someone rang the doorbell and she had to walk outside like this. Justin’s hands would be a more fashionable choice.

Amanda Bynes in Hervé Léger – Congratulations Amanda for winning the WORST DRESSED award by a landslide. Not only does this dress make her look saggy all around, but she chose the ugliest shoes Christian Louboutin has ever designed. Tan, turquoise, black, white – it’s a rainbow of disaster on the red carpet.

1. Madonna – Blond Ambition Tour (1990)

Always lauded, and at times harshly criticized, for her chameleon-like reinventions, she is nevertheless the artist who most brilliantly illustrates — and has done the most to encourage — the symbiotic relationship between music and fashion. Madge reached her sartorial high point during her wildly successful Blond Ambition Tour, featuring costumes by Jean Paul Gaultier who designed the now legendary cone bra.

2. Michael Jackson – “Beat It” music video (1983)

Perhaps the most iconic single article of clothing in pop music history, MJ’s red leather jacket was a cultural watershed moment because it became almost synonymous with Thriller, i.e. the biggest album of all time. The ankle-baring trousers — a nod to Fred Astaire – white socks and black shoes were also trademarks of the 80s and still loom large over the singer’s incredible legacy.

3. The Beatles - The  Ed Sullivan Show (1964)

When the Beatles invaded America, they brought along with them enduring and generation-defining trends such as the Beatle boot, collarless suits and the mop top — not to mention hysteria the likes of which Justin Bieber could only dream.

4. David Bowie – Ziggy Stardust Tour (1973-74)

Without Ziggy, Elton John would never have discovered his love of feathered headdresses, LaBelle wouldn’t have strutted around New Orleans in their silver lamé and simply put, there would be no Lady Gaga. A high-concept album with a high-concept look, David Bowie introduced androgyny to the pop culture masses, and decades later his seminal faux rocker is still a fashion favorite.

5. Diana Ross and the Supremes – “Come See About Me” on The Ed Sullivan Show (1964)

Three black girls from Detroit became the epitome of style, grace, beauty and glamor in the midst of social upheaval and racial injustice. Oprah said it best (as she does with everything): it was life-changing.

6. Ramones – Ramones (1976)

While the Beatles inspired bands to dress up, the Ramones’ relaxed, almost comalike coolness influenced other bands to keep it simple — years later their pared down style still feels like quintessential New York. Especially with all the hipsters dragging their Converses, skinny jeans and leather jackets around.

7. George Michael – “Freedom! ’90″ video (1990)

George Michael’s identity crisis led to the zenith of the supermodel explosion. Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell, Linda Evangelista, Christy Turlington and Tatjana Patitz took the place of the singer — reluctant to appear in his own video — and  lip-synched their way to iconic status in the clip directed by future friend of Facebook, David Fincher.

8. Nirvana -  “Smells Like Teen Spirit” music video (1991)

Marc Jacobs‘ landmark Grunge collection for Perry Ellis in 1992 may have led to his dismissal, but it also cemented the enormous cultural impact Kurt Cobain and Nirvana had inadvertently etched out for themselves thanks to the success of “Smells Like Teen Spirit.” Till this day the sight of plaid inspires those famous first notes and the image of zombie cheerleaders dancing through my head.

9. Run-D.M.C. – “My Adidas” (1986)

Hip hop has long been obsessed with fashion and material goods, but we wouldn’t have Kanye “The Louis Vuitton Don” West rapping about haute couture if we didn’t have Run D.M.C. extolling the virtues of their shell tops.

10. Lady Gaga – “Bad Romance” music video (2010)

Gaga went from popstar to phenomenon on the heels of her Alexander McQueen armadillo shoes. The video stands as an homage not only to McQueen and his legacy, but to the woman most responsible for Gaga’s amazing aptitude for reinvention: Madonna. And she’s been paying homage ever since.

The never-ending vampire chick flick series also took home Best Movie, Best Female Performance for Kristen Stewart‘s harrowing (?) portrayal of…whoever she plays; Best Male Performance for Robert Pattinson basically showing up on set and taking his shirt off; and Best Fight for the Team Jacob v Team Edward bitch-slapping throwdown outside of the movie’s L.A. premiere.

Other big “winners” of the  night included Emma Stone who won Best Comedic Performance for her tour de force in Easy A and Justin Bieber for Best Jaw-Dropping Moment thanks to a lap dance in his seminal concert film, Never Say Never.

Meanwhile, Ellen Page‘s Oscar nomination for Juno clearly pales in comparison with the honor of the Best Scared as Shit award she took home for Inception. And last but certainly not least, dyed-in-the-wool movie star Reese Witherspoon took home the Generation Award in recognition of her “remarkable career.” Then they showed a bunch of clips from Legally Blonde. - Testino might as well open up a bridal portrait studio as he will also be Kate Moss‘s official wedding photographer. [Fashion Collections]

- Tranny supermodel Lea T. shot her first swimwear campaign for Brazilian label Blue Man. Terry Richardson captures Lea romping on the beach with hottie Marlon Texeira and a bevy of Brazilian boy beauties. Some aspirational girls get all the luck. [Fashionista]

- Lea’s partner in the andro-super game, Andrej Pejic was voted the 98th sexiest woman in the world by FHM (take that Gaga!), which subsequently buried the accompanying (and kinda cunty) article about him. Leave the snark to the pros, FHM. [Stylecaster]

- Unofficial American diplomat, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi crashed into a police car in Italy yesterday and as a result lost her driver’s license. A day later, she’s wearing a neck brace only to toss it into the air à la Mary Richards. Love is all around, Snickers! — and she will smoosh all of it. [Socialite Life]

- “Move over Naomi,” warns Cadbury‘s new ad, “There’s a new diva in town.” Well, Ms. Campbell has a team of lawyers, a cell phone cocked and ready as well as a stash of blood diamonds that begs to differ. Naomi is threatening to sue Cadbury over its ad because its “racist,” though methinks she just wants them to know that no one outs Naomi in the corner. No one! [Gawker]

The mayor of Florence, Matteo Renzi, has come under fire for even allowing Snooki, JWOWW, Pauly D, the Situation et al to use the town as a backdrop, though he has implemented a series of rules and regulations.

In order to preserve the image of Florence, the show is not allowed to film in bars or nightclubs where people are drinking, nor are they allowed to film in museums. Sad. I was totally looking forward to Snooks getting her culture on.

Meanwhile, the University of Florida’s study abroad program also wants nothing to do with the Shore. After a student was photographed making out with walking venereal disease, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, they issued this warning:

“Any student who does agree to participate in the filming of the show, or who signs a waiver or legal agreement of any sort with MTV, will be dismissed from the program immediately.”

The college eventually reversed its position, but not before The Situation smooshed half the student body, giving them a situation they’ll be dealing with on and off for the rest of their lives. [Daily Beast]

- Karl Lagerfeld responded in his typical thoughtful and sensitive manner when asked about Christophe Decarnin‘s departure from Balmain: ”Forget about it! This was a job done by a fashion editor. I don’t even know the name of the man who did it, so don’t ask me about that.” [Fashionologie]

- Britney Spears caused a minor riot when she made a surprise appearance at raptress Nicki Minaj‘s after party this weekend, causing six fans to reportedly hyperventilate and pass out from exhaustion dehydration excitement. The two femme fatales will tour this summer and recently collaborated on a remix of  future Song of the Summer,”Till the World Ends” with dumpster diver cum popstar Ke$ha. [MTV]

- 18-year-old Scots Guard Cameron Reilly should have been more guarded over his Facebook. The palace guard has been banned from the wedding march after lashing out online against Kate Middleton, calling her a “stupid, stuck up cow,” a “posh bitch” and asking who “gives a fuck about her?” after the future Princess apparently slighted him. Aww, someone’s got a crush! And someone needs to be put on 24-hour surveillance! [Daily Mail]

- Though she claims she never thought much about pursuing acting, after being tapped to host the ck one -sponsored MTV Push event, Lara Stone says she would “definitely be a Bond girl if they asked me. For sure — I would make a great evil Bond girl!” Now casting, Chesty Von Gaptooth for the next 007 flick. [WWD]

- Sir Elton John has confirmed that Lady Gaga is indeed the godmother to his newborn son Zachary, thus ensuring the gayest kid this side of Chaz Bono. [Daily Mail]

“If you look at any movement… it’s people rejecting what’s just behind them and pulling something out of the past.” – Vivienne Westwood, 1986

At the beginning of her journey into the fashion world, Westwood opened a store with design and business partner, artist Malcom McLaren. Through many incarnations of names, a store called World’s End (with a 13 hour backwards moving clock over the doorway) became the breeding ground for their experiments of unisex clothing inspired by 18th-century men’s undergarments, swashbuckling Pirate-wear and other historically sound yet new-age garb. The photo below was taken in the store, Vivienne on the bottom left, Malcom on the right.

McLaren and Westwood took the anti-establishment of World’s End to the runway. The first look below is a unisex tunic and pants ensemble, which was part of the Pirates collection in 1981. The next is made of sweatshirt fleece supplemented with blouse and baby blanket material. The third look from the Buffalo collection of ’82 is an antique-looking brown satin bra top with a full cotton skirt; the show note went to the tune of Take your mother’s bra and put it over a sweater with a muddy face. The fourth look on the right is a pair of distressed pants suspended by springs “to show the movement”.

The influence of Vivienne Westwood and Malcom McLaren moved beyond the streets and runways of London and far past the doors of World’s End when musicians got involved. In fact, the Sex Pistols wore their designs back when their brand was still called “Let It Rock”. With the advent of MTV, celebrity fans of World’s End like Boy George and Adam and the Ants became fashion icons before the world on television, in Westwood.

Vivienne Westwood drew great influence from philosopher Bertrand Russell. It is his quote on her shirt, “Orthodoxy is the Grave of Intelligence.”

With that, in 1984 when she and McLaren parted ways due to artistic differences, she went against the grain of the eighties. Where most of the industry was creating silhouettes of power shoulders and boxy suits, she drew from the Victorian era and developed the “mini crini”; a knee length version of the crinoline understructure. She also dipped into the seventies and Japan and pulled out platforms, but gave them a pirouette; the rounded up toe allows for perfect balance on point. Even more radically, she resurrected the corset, bringing it back in a liberating manner for it was no longer required. Feminizing the Scottish kilt, futurizing the corset and harking menswear back to medieval times, Vivienne Westwood in the late eighties was well on her way to stamping her unique print on fashion. She ended the decade with a bang: November ’89 cover of British Vogue.

ESPN The Magazine’s response to the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue is its Body issue, which features entirely naked men (and some women).” Meanwhile, when I drool over other men’s abs, thighs and guns it’s all, “Dude, stop filming me in the shower.” Double standards. - Gaga may lend a helping claw to stylist/bff/Mugler creative director Nicola Formichetti by wearing Mugler to Grammys. Fingers crossed for a “Paparazzi”-themed robotic body cast! [NY Mag]

- People still care about Michelle Obama‘s McQueen dress. Meanwhile, in other news Egypt is falling apart. [MSNBC, The Daily Beast]

- Elle Fanning stars in The Curve of Forgotten Things, a short film in collabo with Rodarte, which will premiere tomorrow on Nowness.com. Let’s hope Kate and Laura negotiated their credits better this time around. [WWD]

- Gemma Ward returns for her first editorial in literally one hundred years. A little flat, but then again it’s for some Australian magazine no one cares about. Call me when she’s in a European Vogue and I might pick up. [Fashionista]

- Even Steven Shia LeBouf was handcuffed after getting into a bar fight in L.A. The fight erupted after some guy called the Transformers star a “f*gg*t,” but when Shia lunged at him he got ka-powed in the face and suffered a split lip. That’s not nice at all! Leave that little f*gg*t alone! [Daily Mail]

You may have heard that the fourth season of MTV‘s pop culture juggernaut, the Jersey Shore will be filming in Italy. Italians, for reasons I cannot begin to comprehend, are none too pleased about this. But luckily Franca is around to explain:

“It doesn’t make us [Italians] look too good, and no matter how many protests there are in Italy, the series is a great success. It looks incredible that whatever is ugly, cheap, ignorant, foul, and doesn’t make much sense other than being seen…young people screaming and fighting, insulting each other, get drunk and make love, is a success. It’s like that. And they get success.”

The success of the Jersey Shore is no doubt baffling to anyone with an IQ above, oh, 30, but as a devotee of the show — yeah, I’ll admit it publicly — I derive a great amount of pleasure in seeing people who clearly have never heard of “self-awareness” going through the motions of their petty dramas, fights and inevitable reconciliations all while drenched in Jose Cuervo.

“Why does ugliness attract, and especially a young audience? What’s so interesting about watching ugly people, poorly dressed, and that speak vulgar? Why should anyone fall down to that level? It’s sounds impossible that people would want to lower themselves this much. It’s ignorance, lack of real interests.”

I’m not sure if Sozzani’s referring to their looks or their behavior when she calls them ugly, but we as human beings loves to see someone — not ourselves , god forbid — “fall down to that level” and act vulgar. Not only does it make you feel superior, but that behavior allows you to live vicariously through these characters — and at this point, they’ve all become caricatures of themselves.

You may have the worst day, have broken up with your significant other, lost a job, what have you, but there’s something comforting in seeing Snooki wasted, yet again, in a nightclub wearing what could barely pass for a dress, falling down and getting arrested. You can experience that hedonism without directly suffering the consequences.

I, however, am not Italian — and for that matter, neither is half the cast of the Shore — and Franca seems to think that their actions are a reflection on Italians. A very poor reflection at that.

“Is this what they think of us abroad? Apparently, yes.”

On this point, I would have to say Sozzani is way off the mark. The Jersey Shore doesn’t depict life as an Italian-American, it depicts life as a guido; that special subset of Italian-American culture that revels in spray tans, big hair, gorilla juiceheads and smooshing. And who, for their credit, are damn proud of it.

When I think of Italy, I still think of a country rich in history and culture; I think of Italy as I’ve seen in it in Fellini films; gorgeous men in tight pants riding around on vespas; gorgeous, dark eyed women with impossible curves gyrating seductively to a mandolin. But then again, I’ve never been to Italy.

Franca Sozzani believes Italy has culture, but she’s shocked that “there is a lot of trash.” Well, sister, how do you think we feel? America spawned the Jersey Shore and the culture it documents/lampoons. We’re the garbage dump; Italy is a wastebasket in comparison.

According to me, Undressed is soft-core porn with themes of experimentation and acceptance at its core. Beyond all the bad acting and poorly constructed drama, the ultimate message is about sex.

Undressed Homework Schemer:

The Premise: Skins will follow the wily lives of a woven group of High School friends as they dabble deep in drugs, sex, drinking, partying, law run-ins, and I’m sure romance will get tangled in the mix. Undressed displays vignettes of sometimes interwoven lives as they engage in, talk about and scheme sexual encounters.

The Style: The people on Undressed look like people. Some average, some hot, some well dressed (by 1999 standards), some wearing WTF worthy Gap gear. The kids on Skins are less real, smokin’ hot and dressed to the hilt all the time. Played by actual 17-18-year-olds (finally, we won’t have the One Tree Hill effect) they dress like the dapper badasses they play.

The Production: Skins has a 2011 MTV-worthy budget, and so the production standards have jumped up miles from Undressed, but I do miss that raw soap opera footage. Skins takes it off the sound stage, into the town in which they live. Undressed kept it in the bedroom.

The Sex: With Skins, it’s all happening in High School, so the experimentation is going to be wild, but probably not as raunchily explored as Undressed. Undressed had a sharp focus on sex, which brought us right to the down and dirty of it all every time. Skins has a wider array of topics to uncover, with perhaps a touch more innocence. Unlike Undressed, it’s probably not going to be all sex all the time. They’ve got to have time to get wasted and crash cars and all that cute stuff in the middle.

My verdict: My opinions are bound to evolve upon seeing the first episode tonight, especially as I’ve never seen the UK version (sad I know). But I’m picturing Skins as the love child of a mènage á trois between Undressed, The O.C. and Degrassi. That would be a mighty precocious child, indeed.

….and speaking of The O.C. and One Tree Hill, before Adam Brody became Seth Cohen, he sexed it up as Lucas during season three of Undressed. In his first acting gig, Chad Michael Murray got pretty naked in an episode called “Surprize, Surprize: Part 3.”

Since when has MTV been concerned about standards? This coming from the network that introduced the world to smoosh rooms and grenade-jumping?

It’s New Year’s Eve, for Snooki’s sake; a time when modesty and decorum are crushed up, snorted, sexually harassed and thrown out the window.

If JWOWW wants to look like a moderately-priced hooker, let her!  This is America, dammit!

Times Square Event Coordinators, you are no fun.

Apparently, the old folk who run the official New Year’s Eve Countdown aren’t Jersey Shore fans.

MTV was denied the right to stick Snooki into the official New Year’s Eve Ball. Worse still, MTV waited way too late to ask if they could run a separate Snooki-only Ball in Times Square. Denied again.

“It was never intended or requested for Snooki to be in the actual New Year’s Eve Ball in Times Square. The request to have her in a separate ball on a set-back roof came too late and was too impractical to fit in to our outdoor events,” said some person who is no fun on the Times Square Countdown Committee.

If we can’t drop Snooki from a ball at midnight, then 2011 is sure to suck in my book.

However, nobody said we can’t drop Snooki at another location. I’m thinking Brooklyn Bridge into a floating hot tub.

Right now, I’m completely inspired by Alexa Chung (above), a British model/writer/TV host. (I’m not the only one; she just won a British Fashion Award.) Her clothes are quirky but put-together, and her makeup is the same way. Chung somehow makes neutral brown eye shadows pop yet can follow that up for her next outing with just mascara and bold fuchsia lipstick; she seems like the type of woman who would never fall into a beauty rut. In fact, my brown-to-blonde ombré hair color was inspired by her—and since she just chopped her hair into a cute shaggy bob this week, I’m thinking of trying it myself. (Allure)

I think the gown is a little too dressed-up for an MTV awards show but can’t really complain because she does look great.

She also looked super hot during her performance, wearing a Halfpenny London dress with hand-painted Kate Moross flowers.

I always love what Rihanna is wearing. She knows how to be classy and edgy at the same time. Other singers (cough, Katy Perry, KeSha), PUH-LEASE take note.

Fashion Indie fav Sky Ferreiria sits down with MTV and has a good old talk about her body art. I must also add FREE WEEZY!

“As of right now it doesn’t really look like we’re doing it anymore,” said the 25-year-old fashion designer. When asked if it could possibly move from MTV to another network, Port said, “No, at this point it’s not.”

I love the city- just not MTV’s The City… it was definitely a whole season of my life I will never get back.. might be a bit on the dramatic side but what do you expect- you know it makes your gossip way more exciting… at least everyone is far more fond of Kelly Cutrone and DVF now?!….

Plus it must be said that the true fashionista on this show was my favorite Olivia Palermo and her Blair Waldorf inspired style!.. who cares if everyone was a bit on the negative side about her office skills who needs them when you have killer outfits.

Who knows maybe The City is canceled because Olivia is getting her own show… hey, it could happen!

Why do the grody reality star’s become everyone’s favorite? Although I’m not a fan, definitely go get this in hard cover, I’m sure a lot of you out there need the tips.

A few things:

A. Isn’t a hair designer called something else? Like a hairstylist or a hairdresser?

B. Doesn’t Snooki already have a clothing line, called “Armani Exchange” and/or “Juicy Couture“?

And C. When and where can I buy what will no doubt be the cheapest and tackiest shit to hit the runway since…Armani Exchange and/or Juicy Couture?

Snooki has her mind on the future, y’all! At least we know where her alleged mind is, for once. But what could have brought about this change in our little girl?

Has it finally dawned on the partygirl’s partygirl that her fifteen minutes are going into severe overtime? Whatever it is, Snooki’s got the eye of the tiger. Outside of her sartorial ambitions, she plans on getting “married by 26, 27″ and having “like, you know, four guido/guidette babies.”

That is, of course after she finds her one, true gorilla juicehead Prince Charming. Best of luck, Snickers! You’ve had more than your share already, but honestly (Ronny), I love a happy ending. I hope one day Snooki’s prince will come, slip on a glass bunny slipper and knock her up with his guido seed.

Sometimes you just need that little eye candy in your life, maybe not little but these guys are hot, you know you’d tap that. Let’s rate these guys on a scale of 1 to 5.

PENN BADGLEY I’d give him a 3.5 because although he looks really good in the movie Easy A along side Emma Stone, for some reason he doesn’t always look attractive, must be some angle thing.

ANDREW JENKS I’d so live in the World of Jenks any day, he’s officially my new Tuesday night eye candy. I’d give this hipster-Indie boy a 4 because although he is ridiculously good looking, he sometimes picks to live the worst weeks of his life, or looks like a total dumbass on his show… example, ” spending a week in the life of a rapper” when he nearly got his ass beat. Total fail.

TAYLOR LAUTNER forget about team vampire or whatever, this boy is a hottie. Seductive and cryptic I’d give him a 5. Plus who wants to hook up with some pale glitter filled blood sucking thing.

JOSEPH GORDON LEVITT I’d like to file him under “shy boy who’s hot, but doesn’t quite know it”… those are always the best. Now aside from this disturbing happy trail we have going on here in his photo, let’s rate him with a 4 just for being adorable.

CHANNING TATUM let’s all admit it this boy can’t act, and totally gives of that “dumb” vibe but he’s hot so we’ll forgive  him. I’d rate this face with a 3 because getting to do great things like star in a movie with the beautiful Amanda Seyfried just because of your looks is total kudos in my book.

Bieber fever has reached pandemic proportions. It’s time to quarantine the kids, don the haz-mat suit and hunker down in the bomb shelter until some other flavor of the month can rescue us from the grips of this horrible, horrible disease.

The overrated MTV reality shows that give fashion careers a twisted reputation like The City introduced us to native New Yorker and most loved queen bee Olivia Palermo, with her amazing nonchalant style, model-esque ways, and of course you could never forget to include my favorite title, the bitch of all bitchismz. but just like any other fashion muse of today Olivia Palermo has taken a stand and has designed a jewlery line which is now available online . You may or may not agree with me but personally I would image such an epitome of a classy woman to name her line something other than “ROBERTA” a bit boring and manly. Aside from all the negativity, the perks of such a bizarre line if you’re a member of the “noir universe” or anything along the lines of unpretenious, your everyday wardrobe consists of a plain tee, or a simple black mko-inspired dress, then including one of these “sculptures” to your ‘drobe can add wonders to an amazing night’s outfit. Besides titles such as “Roberta” the love of the city for Palermo has motivated her to name her other works names that represent parts of Manhattan, such as Chelsea, Tribeca, and everything in between… Who knew working as a fake accesories editor at Elle Magazine for a few seasons with such characters like Joe Zee, could actually lead you to designing your very own jewlery line… no punn intended, promise.

Lounging on a beaten-up leather couch tucked away in an industrial loft in downtown Brooklyn, Wiz Khalifa asks, “Did you see my new tatt?” turning to reveal a freshly inked mega mass sprawling across his spine. Covered head-to-toe in body art, it’s hard not to notice the lanky Pittsburgh emcee’s impressive display of ink.

This is our second time chopping it up with Khalifa, and although only 6 months have passed, it’s clear that new ink isn’t the only thing that has changed. The last time we spoke, it was just Wiz in the back room of Honey’s downtown office space. Quiet, intimate, and very cloudy. Fast forward a few months, fresh off a win for MTV’s “Hottest Breakthrough MC of 2010,” secured by Khalifa’s cult-like followers dubbed “The Taylor Gang,” it suddenly feels like the calm before the storm.

Suits, from his label, buzz about, making sure Khalifa stays on track, doesn’t talk too much about his newly inked deal (recently signed to Atlantic Records), and generally doting on the 22-year-old. But Khalifa stays unfazed, moving only to welcome a special delivery, roll-up, and check out his ‘fits for the day (he loved the “Pulp Fiction” selection of sharp, tailored suits).

Khalifa’s last album title, Deal or No Deal, is particularly fitting. In 2009, he parted ways with Warner Brothers and churned out a slew of successful mixtapes – most notably Kush and Orange Juice, with over a million downloads. Now, deal intact, gearing up for a massive North American tour slated to kick off on September 16th in Philadelphia, Khalifa is about to be thrown into a whirlwind of press while finishing up his latest untitled project. Welcome to the eye of the storm. But before his flight takes off, he dishes about weed, women, and the pressures of being “next.”
