MAG HAG: Natasha Poly for Muse by Riccardo Tisci
There are a few sure signs that you have made it in the modeling world: getting entire issues of magazines dedicated to you and being BFF with a designer are two important ones. It doesn’t hurt if this designer also moonlights as a photographer and happens to shoots you for the elusive issue that is dedicated to you. Natasha Poly is one lucky girl.

SPREAD UM: Iekeliene Stange for Muse by Mari Sarai

This refreshingly bright vintage inspired editorial featuring Iekeliene Stange has a bit of a glamourous heiress trapped in a decaying mental hospital. Check cult to see the rest, including amazing accessories.

Spread UM: Agnete Hegelund By Jason Nocito For Muse
Danish model Agnete Hegelund lights up the cover and inside of this month’s Muse in over-exposed, technicolor wonder. Photographer Jason Nocito captures the sweetheart in playfully provacotive poses, my favorite being the makeup that matches the Fourth of July popcicle. Those are so good!

SPREAD UM: “The Reader” Muse S/S 2009
Andreas Larsson’s “The Reader” for this spring’s issue of Muse is one of those editorials that you love and hate, all at the same time. I’ll give him credit for the vintage photo quality, which lends itself well to the blast from the past fashions featured in the spread, but that model has got to go. Sure, she looks the part of 1940’s stay-at-home bookworm, but her face is awkwardly dead. Personally, I think this spread would have been much better had the model played the all natural card and didn’t look at the camera!

SPREAD UM: Sophie Vlaming for Muse

Titled ‘Hats,’ this fun editorial was shot by Pierre Even and features model Sophie Vlaming, whose hair I absolutely love and adore. Kinda wish it wasn’t all black and white…
