Lindsay Lohan is apparently ’sucking the life‘ out of Ungaro. The label has been dropped from two major retailers for Spring 2010; neither Neiman Marcus or Net-a-Porter want to carry the next Ungaro collection.

Just because we’re in a recession doesn’t mean designer shoes are totally out of the question. Today, on Net-a-Porter’s The Outnet, a variety of Christian Louboutin shoes are down to just around $300! Okay, I know, that’s still a good chunk of money, but when Loubs run $800+, this is certainly a bargain! Get on it folks, because these babies are going fast! I totally cried tears of blood when I saw that the Hercule Leather Pumps were sold out.

Stella McCartney’s exclusive capsule collection for Net-a-Porter, is now available as a multimedia shopping experience.

The first portion, comprised of looks from the first short film, “Magnolia Tree,” features springy jumpsuits and dresses in neutrals – and those wonderful mesh basket sandals that Mary-Kate has been sporting lately.

As the week goes on, more pieces will be released to accompany additional episodes of the short film series.

The Outnet, Net-a-Porter’s anticipated outlet site, launched this morning with 200 brands – and more to come. Besides organizing items by category, the site also gives you outfit suggestions according to event or occasion.

Some items are already sold-out, and I’m excited to see what happens with the flash sales.

Just in time for the warm weather, our fave e-commerce site, Net-a-Porter, announces an exclusive collaboration with Yves Saint Laurent. In addition to kimono jackets and cocktail jumpsuits, the capsule collection will offer a mouth-watering array of accessories, including a luxe evening box clutch and those oh-so-sexy cage-heel shoes. Get your wallets ready, this stuff ain’t cheap, but super amazing.

According to WWD, Stella McCartney in releasing an exclusive collection through Net-a-Porter this May.

The 17-piece capsule collection, which seems to be a line of classy basics, will include “a classic trenchcoat, tailored suits, skinny jeans and an organic cotton T-shirt, two shoe and handbag styles and a cloud-print sundress.”

The above print is a collaboration between McCartney and collage artist Peter Blake and features “seven of the pieces, including a hand-draped silk dress, a silk button-down shirt, platform espadrilles and a cotton tote.”

Keep in mind this is no Target GO! collection – the pieces will retail for about $500-$2500.

After several U.S. retailers dropped or decreased orders for her denim line, Victoria Beckham has found success with her debut collection of dresses.

Selling for $2330-$2990, six of her dresses hit Net-a-Porter this morning, and they all sold out right away.

The new Preen diffusion line, appropriately titled Preen Line, is available for purchase on New-A-Porter. Above is my fave piece (the fountain jersey T-shirt dress for $405) , which, of course is sold out. Check it out here.

I say we impeach Santa Claus for withholding information! It’s nearly two weeks after the fat dude in the red suit paid me a visit, and this is how he gives me the greatest gift of all…by making me stumble upon it myself!? We’ll deal with him later, but there is a more important issue at hand. Come February Net-a-Porter founder Natalie Massenet is slated to launch The Outnet, designer goods at reduced outlet prices! Finally, now we can actually buy something from the couture site instead of window-shopping from our newly renovated cardboard boxes!
