Yesterday, French President Nicolas Sarkozy and wife Carla Bruni honored Karl Lagerfeld with the title ’Commandeur de la légion D’honneur” for Karl’s contributions to the fashion industry. The prize: a diamond medal handmade by the Chanel Atelier.
