Using vintage prints deeply rooted in inspirational components, designers for Norwegian Wood are truly trying to push the limits. Mending ensembles, which focus on form and a certain context of structure allows for these elements to ring clear. Not only do the designers seek to expose the root, they seek to expose where this expression may take them. It’s the future, it’s innovative, it’s bold; the pieces all come into their own. Specializing in their own specific characteristics, it is clear that each component of the collections hold purpose; these are the links to a chain, which cannot be broken. The collection as a whole certainly explores the unknown. Crafting each piece by hand, the designers are watchful of each essential thread. With unique design aesthetic, the designer’s are able to stroll down the road not yet taken as their designs strut confidently at their side. The colors used throughout the collections reveal a unique balance between the detail and the expression; the works are not over or under-done. They are out there enough to make a statement; however, they are also highly wearable.
