Hilary Rhoda can never do wrong in my book, and she looks remarkable in her spread for Numéro Tokyo‘s January/February 2012 issue. Photographed by Alexi Lubomirski, Rhoda explores the city at night in a colorful wardrobe styled by Charles Varenne. Huge hair, big brows and a bold red lip round out the look, making this just as much a beauty spread as it is fashion. Click for the gallery.

Gisele channels her inner schizo for a multi-faceted, multiple personality romp through Nino Muñoz‘s spread for Numero Tokyo.

Mrs. Brady goes from sophisticated blonde to sultry brunette to zany redhead without missing an absurdly-heeled step, proving yet again that they just don’t make supers like this anymore.

Even in that hideous red wig Gisele manages to sell the look and I have no problem buying it. And though she’s coolly seductive as a blonde, she really comes alive in the curly brunette wig à la 80s Cher meets Chita Rivera.

Ali Stephens is bringing me back to the glory days of 2006 when Rachel Zoe made celebrities anorexic fashion experts in this editorial. I’m not really sure why, but I think it might be the mix of overloaded shopping bags, straight hair with obvious extensions, constant use of fur and high high heels. Whatever it is, I’m loving the flashback.

The best thing about having long hair is its versatility. I can wear it down, in a high pony tail, in a bun, braided, half-back, you name it and long hair can be tamed to one’s specific liking. But never, no matter how strong the hairspray, have i been able to wear my hair in a mohawk. Thanks to model Sky Stracke and photographer Satoshi Saikusa, I now have hope that my hair can do the faux-hawk too! Aside from the hair, I adore the accessorizing of this editorial. Hook me up with those wooden bracelets…stat!
