Marc Jacobs isn’t alone because Japanese based menswear label Phenomenon just confirmed it’s cool for men to wear skirts and dresses. With button-up floor length shirt dresses and a variety of plaid shirt kilts, Phenomenon’s fall 2010 collection is a more gothic version of the label’s atypical street-wear. Structural shoulders, bomber jackets and a variety of barets give the collection an eastern European military vibe.
