With button-up floor length shirt dresses and a variety of plaid shirt kilts, Phenomenon’s fall 2010 collection is a more gothic version of the label’s atypical street-wear. Structural shoulders, bomber jackets and a variety of barets give the collection an eastern European military vibe.

Call me crazy, but is it really the best idea to be riding those bikes with such big draping clothes on?
