I have this crazy ideal that Summer is going to be all cottons and jersey materials, and I’m loving that Placed By Gideon is helping to keep my dream alive. With a presumably warm Summer ahead of us Placed By Gideon’s Spring collection is going to be a breath of fresh air in the blazing hot city.

Gideon Tam’s label, Placed By Gideon offers a fresh laid-back perspective for mens fashion. Based out of Great Britain, Tam specializes in knitwear and is “driven by the simple philosophy of combining premium materials and production standards with contemporary, yet wearable designs.”

Placed By Gideon must read what I write on Fashion Indie, because he more or less lined up everything I am planning on wearing this coming Summer as I’m wandering aimlessly throughout Central Park. This knit heavy collection is shaping up to be a great collection for the relentless heat that is surely going to be blasting on the city this Summer. Light jersey material tops, cropped pants and shorts, and some form of pull over for an occasional mild night.
