Emma Watson graces the November cover of Elle UK with this pixie-punk haircut and an “I don’t give a damn that I’m wearing hot pink boots, an orange ombre sweater and shearling vest” expression on her face (thank you Pollini, Missoni and Isabel Marant).

What does she think about her post-Hermione chopped locks? ”I’d never been allowed to cut my hair off, so I just seized the first opportunity. It wasn’t meant to be rebellious–it certainly wasn’t my Britney Spears moment.”

RUNWAY RUNDOWN: Pollini Fall 2009

Jonathan Saunders truly outdid himself this year for the fall 2009 Pollini collection. Equestrian-themed dresses and vests were shown alongside fantastic vine-like prints that were both colorful and interesting to look at. If you are going to do a jacket with fur sleeves, Saunders’ design for this season’s collection would be the one to reference. Leather pants and cutaway jackets added crucial details to an already well-designed show. I would most definitely put any one of these pieces in my closet; they are all fantastic.
