Every time I set foot inside the SoHo Opening Ceremony, I can’t help but gaze longingly at their jewelry cases. Although I can’t recall the name of the designer, there is one case filled with bullet and precious stone necklaces. Incredible as they may be, I simply can’t imagine coughing up over $500 for such a basic pieces of jewelry. However, I recently discovered Rackk & Ruin, an indie jewelry company who produces quartz crystal bullet necklaces, among other items, for an insanely reasonable price. Each necklace is made with natural quartz and a spent .22 caliber shell, equally rough as it is feminine. These crystal bullet necklaces are around the $50-$70 price point, depending on the crystal sizes, number and additional charms. Totally loving the rugged look to these pieces and the fact that snagging one won’t hack a chunk out of my bank account!
