Not only did the show begin with a montage of “Kardashian-Humphries Divorce” clips and headlines, it opened up with an ominous “8 months earlier” stamp across the screen, securing the fact that this entire season is going to be a documentation on the downfall of the $18 million bride.  But have no fear, its not all Return to Depression Mountain here, because of the show’s saving grace: Baby Mason (aka the happiest baby in the world).

He’s adorably well dressed, knows how to dip his french bread in olive oil, and does classy toddler appropriate things like screaming hello to New York off his Gansevoort Park penthouse balcony, classic.  We won’t waste your time with any analysis on Kim and Kourtney Take New York #BMMTS because seriously, who cares,  but we will give you a list of the Top Ten Post Kardashian Show Highlights: 

1. Kourtney means business this season, with a higher and tighter ballerina bun than ever.

2. The foursome move into the penthouse of the Gansevoort Park Hotel, a sprawling 3 bedroom duplex that quickly turns out to be way too small.

3. Within a couple of days of living together, Kris grumbles about how star of the show, Baby Mason is just too much to deal with. He actually yells. At a baby. Hump, you’re dead to me.

4. Scott and Kris shave each other’s armpits…WTF?

5. TRIPLE THREAT: Kourtney surprises Kim at their spa day with…an enema! Kourtney later “leaks” (it is exactly what you think) onto Kim & Kris’s bed!  You also hear the ladies fart. That’s right. f-a-r-t, FART. Who says these girls aren’t still known for their asses?

6. Avril Levigne‘s Abbey Dawn fashion show was featured in one scene, showing at least one press outlet that enjoyed plugged her collection.

7. Kris then kicks off his first tv display of a$$hole immaturity by calling the nude yogi (yes, there’s nude yoga in this episode) “some rasta dude”, asking him “if it was cold in here”, calling him “disgusting”, then outwardly laughing in his face.  This was of course followed by a public argument with Kim and ends with Kris leaving (insert completely unshocked face here).

8. You get to see the inside of Dash and not only does it look like people are working, it is one of the rare scenes where the sisters seem genuinely happy.

9. By the end of the episode Scott and Kris have both moved out. Season foreshadowing dun dun dunn…

10. We are left with a teaser reel of Kim breaking down in tears about her failing marriage and low self esteem, making us disregard any negative feeling portrayed in this entire article.  Can’t wait til next week!

Scandal-shamed socialite Paris Hilton is returning to her reality TV roots in a new Oxygen network series that will attempt to dispel the public’s “misconception” of her as a pampered, sheltered rich girl.

Hilton has invited Oxygen cameras to follow her as she runs a multimillion merchandising brand. In August, Paris was arrested and was later found guilty of cocaine possession during a joy ride down the Las Vegas strip. The network may film Paris when she starts 200 hours of community service, an order handed to her as part of her sentence for drug possession.

In 2003, Paris swapped her glamorous life to try out various jobs, including babysitting and farm work, alongside bestie Nicole Richie for five seasons on the now-defunct docu-seriesThe Simple Life.

Over a month ago, when I had the pleasure of witnessing Project Runway‘s finale show firsthand, I didn’t think Gretchen had a snowball’s chance of winning. Maybe my brain had turned to mush after sitting through 75 minutes of decoy collections, but her crunchy-granola take on tribal just seemed so…boring. It left me cold.

On the other hand, I thought Andy South‘s collection was elegant, romantic yet slightly hard, and vaguely reminiscent of his beloved Yohji Yamamoto. Sure, it didn’t have any of his dominatrix/warrior princess edge, but why can’t something just be LOVELY, god damnit? Naturally, the judges hated it and counted Andy out of the running entirely.

Mondo’s collection, on the other hand, I loved from start to finish. I am not a print girl in my daily life, and I don’t really go for whimsy…but the moment his first look walked down the runway, all of Lincoln Center seemed captivated. His prints are wild and could become costumey with a less skilled hand, but his tailoring was so sharp and clean that it still looked refined.

Not so, sayeth Michael Kors and Nina Garcia. They lambasted him for being too “circusy” and skewing towards a “junior market,” remarks which led to the best. Project Runway. Catfight. Ever.

Lasting a whole 20 minutes–unheard of in reality TV–Michael and Nina duked it out with Jessica and host Heidi Klum, Team Gretchen and Mondo respectively. Team Gretchen was pleased that the designer, once written off as too “Birkenstocks,” styled her models a bit higher-end and more luxe, and they applauded her hand-forged (by other hands) metal jewelry. Heidi, however, correctly pointed out that no consumer wants to buy a top and have to buy the accoutrements necessary to make it fashionable.

Boxing gloves out, the tie was somehow broken and Gretchen takes home the prize. Ultimately, the judges said she was “current” and speaks to what modern women want to wear today.

I’ll let Mondo sum up my feelings in his exit interview. “You know, I was just really, really shocked…Gretchen, it was mundane, it was kinda one idea.” Yep. Guess Tim Gunn was right when he said the judges were smoking crack this season.

Who do you think deserved the win?

Even though everyone and their gay in the closet brother would watch, Marc Jacobs won’t be hitting the reality circuit just yet. Sorry Bravo, you’ll just have to settle for every other fame whoring designer out there.

“It’s totally false. It’s been causing a lot of confusion. Marc and Lorenzo haven’t been approached about it as far as I know. They don’t have any plans for reality television right now,” said a spokesperson for Jacobs.

Notice the “right now”. Does that mean this year, decade, lifetime?!? Come on spokesperson, elaborate. The Christian Siriano Project is coming soon and I’m hoping another designers life will be on the tube to distract me from a whole season of “fierce”, “ferosh”, and “trannie hot mess”. Oh god Bravo!!! You’re shows and their stupid, weak ass catchphrases. I die.
