This Friday, the Museum at FIT opens its latest exhibition, Impact: 50 Years of the CFDA, featuring 70 iconic looks that trace the development of American style over the last half century.

This is a call to arms, to remove them from the narrow shafts of coat sleeves. Let them live with the rest of the body underneath a cape or a drape.
