The Blessed: Thou Shall Not Wear A Repulsive Frock To The Emmys
Maybe one of fashion’s most annoying events, The Emmy’s, aired from Los Angeles last night. Looking through all of the heinous dresses on the red carpet, I found dozens that provided me with superb fashion assassin material. But instead, I decided to focus on some of the blessed- those who graced the awards with style and elegance.
Hayden Panettiere in Badgley Mischka
America Ferrera in vintage
Sandra Oh in Oscar de la Renta
Evangeline Lilly in Elie Saab couture
Cynthia Nixon in Calvin Klein
Thanks People.com for the photos. Although, I think your taste is sometimes questionable.
Canada’s Best Celeb Hair Awards!
Random but interesting content I just found, apparently Canadians are more into hair than we are, they actually have awards dedicated to the best celebrity hair. Avril’s cheeky pink streak, Sandra’s smooth curls and Seth’s tousled mop top have won the votes of over 600 Canadian hairstylists this year. Hairstylists from across the country have chosen their top picks in AG Hair Cosmetics’ 8th annual Best Canadian Celebrity Hair Awards and named five of Canada’s most notable celebs the winning choice for their trend-setting styles.
The winners of AG’s 8th annual Best Canadian Celebrity Hair Awards are:
• Sexiest Hair on a Canadian Actress: Sandra Oh (come on! what is everyone’s fascination with an asian who has curly hair?)
• Sexiest Hair on a Canadian Actor: Scott Speedman
• Best Hair on a Musician: Avril Lavigne (does anyone streak their hair anymore? or are they just running out of Canandian musicians?)
• Most Interesting and Unique Hairstyle: Seth Rogan (this is not unique, it’s just Jewish!)
