Guinness is no neophyte to the cinematic world, having executive produced the Oscar-nominated short, Cashback by the extrememly photogenic Sean Ellis and producing and starring in The Black and White Maze of the Painted Zebra, co-starring professional pretty person, Tyson Ballou. The latter, as described by IMDb, is “an intense psychological portrait of a baseball legend who has gone over the brink and whose insanity spreads like a virus.”

Which sounds right up Guinness’ alley. Her tastes, however, skew more to the classics, and ”French films of Marguerite Duras … Jean Seberg and Gene Tierney and Hollywood films of the golden era.” As my favorite film since I was 8 years old has been 1940′s The Philadelphia Story, I smell a movie night! The collection of images are also printed on paper embedded with wildflower seeds so that they could be planted and actually blossom. The tome has revealed that Lady Gaga’s contribution will come in the form of a sound clip that can be played from the magazine. Definitely one of the publications most ambitious tributes, we’re really looking forward to getting to hear what Lady Gaga has to say about the artist that was McQueen.
