Naomi Campbell’s Fashion For Relief Haiti show brought many high profile individuals to the front row, including Topshop owner Sir Philip Green. Campbell also included a tribute to Alexander McQueen. The show was followed by an auction on the pieces presented, during which Kate Moss broke into tears when Green bid for the McQueen dress she had modeled.

Word on the blogs is that Kate Moss got engaged to her rocker boytoy, Jamie Hince this weekend.
Apparently Jamie flew to Kate’s Caribbean island getaway on her 36th birthday on Saturday and popped the question.
Jamie had some major help shopping for the ring. Sir Philip Green, owner of Topshop, was on hand to help him choose the right engagement ring.

British media mogul Simon Cowell and Topshop genious Sir Philip Green (also British) are reportedly planning world domination: they’re forming an entertainment company.
The company is supposedly making its debut in a few weeks, but no one really has an idea of what that even means…

Is it just me, or does Kate Moss, on top of her drug habits and eating disorders, have a bad case of ADD? She models, acts, sings and guess what, now she cooks! According to the Mirror, a British celebrity gossip site, the Renaissance girl is bored with all of her other hobbies and is seriously considering writing a cookbook. Apparently, Moss tested out Jewish recipes in the cookbook by Stasha Palos, Topshop owner Sir Philip Green’s stepdaughter. While it’s good to see Moss actually eating, I still don’t trust her with sharp kitchen utensils. And besides…I don’t think cocaine is kosher…

Beth Ditto’s clothing line for Evans, that part of the Arcadia group owned by Sir Philip Green, which has been described as the Topshop for the “bigger lady,” will be in stores in late March/early April. Apparently, the campaign is being shot within the next few weeks.

It’s been delayed multiple times, but WWD is reporting that the first U.S. Topshop will finally open April 2.
The Manhattan location is the 40,000-square-foot space at 478 Broadway.
Big tease Sir Philip Green is scheduled to hold a press conference Monday to discuss all the plans.
