Even at the age that I am I don’t think I would pick any other way to go back to school in the seasons trendiest clothes then with a little twist of some Karlie Kloss inspiration. How could you not love a wild child look, just make sure to check off the dramatic eyebrows, but definitely double check the “too cool for school: hairdo. A bizarre mix of oxford style cardis and some random grungy pieces… this album is nothing but inspiration for any golden child.

WELL BEHAVED GIRLS RARELY MAKE HISTORY: BLAKE LIVELY for INTERVIEW MAGAZINE SEPTEMBER 2010

At a quick glance you wouldn’t be able to tell that this seductive looking lady is none other than Blake Lively, onE of the upper East side prepsters that she plays on everyone’s favorite show Gossip Girl; personally not one of my favorites but when you look this good acting promiscuous in a jail cell looking room that reminds me some what of something in a Law and Order SVU episode.. and of course if you decide to throw in the all American package of blonde hair and baby blue eyes… well then yes, this definitely deserves to be on many of your favorites list. Don’t you just love when the true side of all innocent looking girls finally comes out to the world …

Even if this blondie doesn’t play the top bitch of all backstabbing bitches, you know you still love her.

It never fails to amaze me how stylish individuals from the past are immortalized through the means of the fashion industry. The former it-girls always pop up as inspiration for a collection or as the muse for a campaign or editorial, as pictured above. Who in our generation do you believe will be immortalized as an it-girl? My bet is on Alexa Chung and Kate Moss!
