I mean it’s one thing to be lucky enough to get to see pictures of Katy Perry soaking wet on any given day, but it is a completely different story when she is doing it dressed in one of my favorite designers, Brian Lichtenberg! Miss. Perry pulled a few pieces from the LA designer for her latest appearance in the 3OH!3 video for “Starstruck”. Normally I wouldn’t care a ton about the video, but now I can’t wait to see it.
