At the Lela Rose Fall 09 Show at Fashion Week, the makeup of choice was Stila Cosmetics. The look was very basic and natural, yet it worked on the runway. Normally, runway makeup looks are hard to imitate at home, but I think this is one you can handle on your own with the new collection by Stila.
The collection includes:
· Starlight Eye shadow- Shimmer on the eyes.
· Cranberry Lip Glaze- Gave the models lips a pouty look.
· Stila Sun Shade 01- Bronzer was used on the models cheekbones.

One of the most popular cult makeup lines ever, MAC Cosmetics introduced their Barbie collection in 2007. It was very successful generating $9 million dollars in retail sales. The limited edition MAC x Barbie doll was just as fabulous as any trendy girl and came with a makeup case and a glam modern look. She retailed at $239.99. Don’t get me wrong, I am a makeup addict…I love being a makeup artist but this is one MAC item I couldn’t image buying.

As beauty queens, we are addicted to creatively named lipsticks, nailpolishes, and other types of cosmetic products, as if we need another reason to buy stuff we don’t need.
Well, here is your chance to be one of those creative people. Stila cosmetics is offering the chance to have one of their Lip Colors named after whoever picks the best name! Here’s how:
1. Go to the site, and pick the name of the shade (no more than eight characters, but obviously something that uses your first name)
2. Write a tiny fifty-word essay on why they should choose you over the other 8,000 Alison’s trying to get their own lipstick shade (hint: this is the most important part)
3. Must do this before midnight this Sunday if you want to make it to seeing your name announced on July 1.
