Zappos.com is selling a $50,000 limited-edition “Cease and Desist” T-shirt — with your purchase Zappos will permanently disable your significant other’s (“wife, husband, girlfriend, boyfriend, or ‘it’s complicated’”) Zappos.com account for life. And it’s available in five colors!

Other key points:

• A Zappos rep personally delivers the shirt and serves as “a shoulder to cry on for up to 1 hour for your significant other” as well as “frolic in a field of daisies with you or do anything that is mutually agreed upon to not be morally or ethically objectionable.” Additional time for consoling or celebrating is available at $3.99/minute or a barter.
• Zappos dismisses itself from liability “if your significant other creates or uses another account using a different email address.”
• A refund is available “only if you are permanently divorced or separated within 365 days.

Warning: M.I.A’s new clothing line may cause seizures! Inspired by a Carribean albino teenager (no, I’m not kidding) named Okley Leslie, M.I.A’s line, Okley Run, is anything but unexpected. Basically, her overpriced and over-designed tees, hoodies, leggings and tanks look exactly like her album art. We’ve got a little bit of Mexican, African and Islamic art going on. Who knows, wear any of these items with M.I.A’s signature gold metallic leggings and you might be mistaken for the rapper herself! Come on M.I.A, shouldn’t you spend a little less time on your awful clothing line and a little more time on deciding what to name your baby? I’ve always looked at tourist in NY with a bit of envy. After a few years in this city (actually my whole life) the factors that make it so amazing to some seem to just fade into the background. Times Square starts looking like  a big advertisement, the Empire State Building like another skyscraper, and Lady Liberty looks as appealing as the one night stand you can’t seem to stop bumping into at your favorite bar.
