Pharell’s protege Teyana Taylor has officially been announced as the new face of the MTTM (Married to the Mob) clothing line and here are some promo shots for their Fall 2009 collection.

So when she’s not working on her album, hanging out with Chris Brown, or shedding tears over blog comments she’s apparently putting some work in on the fashion scene. We ain’t mad atcha! Money is money. Ladies, hit up Karmaloop to take a look at some of MTTM’s latest threads.

I had to do some investigating to find out who this girl even is, or where this shoot came from. I guess I should’ve just Googled her, because apparently she’s a singer, and apparently she’s the one that sings “Google Me” (which I have actually heard, once?) She was also on MTV’s “My Super Sweet 16.”  She looks pretty fabulous, although I have no idea what’s going on with her eyelashes, are those fake? feathers? too much mascara?  I like all of the L.A-esque clothes, but not so much that she’s making the same face in every picture.

Former My Super Sweet Sixteener and Pharell Williams protege Teyana Taylor was one of the selected runway models for the Diesel swimwear show in Miami this week. It is going to be interesting to see how they turn Teyana from a frizzy haired tomboy draped in BBC and Ice Cream into a swimsuit model, but after watching her birthday on MTV we all know she has the model attitude. Teyana won’t be the only one from Pharell’s Bape army appearing on the runway. Musical talent Chester French, who are currently signed under Pharell’s record label, are set to perform for the show.
