With a vintage aesthetic, modern sensibilities, and a hundred-year-plan, The Brooklyn Circus founded by  Ouigi Theodore, is a collective of creative visionaries that are working to make the urban man solidly dapper. Think your grandfather’s varsity jacket, 1920s tailoring, 40s austerity and a slightly French attitude meets Great Gatsby. This past Saturday night, they turned the Brooklyn Museum Target First Saturday into quite the circus as they showed their newest collection to hundreds thousands of shoppers, supporters and museum-goers. Always chasing the new eternal classics, they’ve begun to open stores across the country to spread these new discoveries further. It’s the lifestyle they’re trying to embody with the creative workman’s gear.

Hailing from Brooklyn, this new brand is set to sail into Spring with a nautical theme for their second collection. The Brooklyn Circus seems to have put a lot of thought and time into their newest collection, and I will say it seems to have paid off. The collection seems a bit Rugby-ish, but I will say that I would much rather wear this than Rugby any day. Love the collection, and I loko forward to seeing more in the future.
