Depp to Play Riddler, Hoffman to Play Penguin

Philip Seymour Hoffman and Johnny Depp are being courted for roles in a sequel to The Dark Knight.

“(Producers) are convinced that the role of the Riddler is perfect for Depp’. He’ll be able to take direction from director Chris Nolan and still make the character his own. And what better Penguin is there than Philip Seymour Hoffman.”

With these two on board along with talks of Angelina Jolie playing Catwoman, the sequel will be even more anticipated than The Dark Knight. Although there are many rumors circulating regarding who is the next villain, any one of these would make the movie another success.

Angelina Jolie is interested in playing Catwoman in the upcoming sequel to The Dark Knight. If this is true, boys around the world will be dressing up like balls of yarn in hopes that she fiddles with their kibbles and bits.
