‘Amy Winehouse is the apparent “muse” of Karl Lagerfeld’s latest for Chanel. The Beehive which Amy apparently patented and spread to the masses gets a perfect pouf in these new ads for the house that Coco built. The other inspiration is purely Tudors, as if King Henry numbero ocho came up from hell to whisper sweet nothings into Karly’s ear.
We love the look, but if chicks start rocking beehives in massive succession, I might have no choice but to walk around with a bag full of African Killer Bees. Don’t get me wrong, I love a fresh hair style, but I don’t think I’m ready to head back to the 50′s for inspirations now that the 90′s rule.
