Third Floor New York: Fall 2009 Collection
Dear Fashionisto,
At Fashion Indie, we believe it is the original content creator that deserves credit for editorials. They are the ones who created the content and they are the ones who deserve the credit for it. It’s silly that you feel that because you resize an image it is suddenly yours. While in the past we included links to your content as well, your recent decision to “ban” us from your site has led us to just source the original content creator. Additionally, we don’t want to send our readers to a site that has continuous downtime and doesn’t appear on the web. We are sorry if you feel slighted by this and feel the need to comment about the matter on your site. We really did enjoy your site and were hopeful that this could have been resolved in a more professional manner.

I am in love with the Fall collection from Third Floor New York. The color palette is simple,a nd the collection is all about the piece construction and look. The strappy leather pieces are unique, and suprisingly versatile as shown by the photos it is featured in. The bid draping knits look great, and I would love to crawl myself into one this upcoming September/Fall time.

RUNWAY RUNDOWN: Third Floor New York Fall 2009
Rarely do I ever get jealous of men’s fashion, but Third Floor New York’s Fall 2009 collection has me green around the eyes, wishing Grayson Vaughn designed for women! Many Fall collections embody geometric shapes, strict tailoring and bizarre cuts but Third Floor New York one of the most wearable of the shapely collections. Focused around safe, masculine blacks, reds and whites, Vaughn allowed himself to play with pleats and draping. I am very impressed at how wearable Vaughn made his harem jumpsuit and pleated pants. The zipper tank-dress is definately a stretch, but I think it would look killer worn with tight, black pants and boots, acting more like a long top, rather than a dress.
Oh, and I’m definately not into the rat-tail look, but there is something about this Aniken Skywalker braid that I dig
