Ryan Sovereign and William Beck, both graduates of The Rhode Island School of Design in Industrial Design & Sculpture respectively, have been long time collaborators both musically and visually since their first meeting. In the Spring of 2005, the idea of the Sovereign Beck collection was formed. Drawing upon both the traditional and the classically abstract ideals of tie design, the Sovereign Beck line of neckwear was created. With the concept of giving a new expression to conservative menswear, Ryan and Will have fashioned a line of ties that can be both understated and provocative, classic and cutting edge. Every design has been carefully realized by the artists to be not only timeless, but also a statement of individuality.
