Tinsley Mortimer Reveals That Her Scripted Show Is About Her Real Life
Edited by Saynt
The whole scripted reality thing is just going overboard. Tinsley Mortimer, who I’m assuming is only in High Society cause Real Housewives of NY refused to take a on a divorcee, is claiming the show will reveal her real life?!? Considering that Jules and that “out spoken” gay friend were totally cast for this and every moment including the fight at Apoteke was beyond overacted, it’s hard to imagine that any part of this is real.
Jules is already claiming she’s not really a racist, anti-Semite gay basher and that the show is a DocuSoap, whatever that means. Paul is obviously spewing lines. And Tinsley, well Tinsley is just a bit too old to be so desperate for the attention this show brings. Hopefully, the show gets over it self quickly enough and stops attempting to be an inside look into the world of New York socials and just calls it what it really is, Gossip Girl: The Golden Years.

Socialites, or “socials” as they’re called today, have existed for decades and evolved as style and glamourous social life icons. From Babe Paley to Olivia Palermo, socials are famous for their money, style, connections, and jobs (that is if they even need one)…hey, sounds a bit like me! This mini-spread is really cool, feels a bit like a newspaper, a bit like a yearbook, and breaks down all of the top socialites through the years, up until 2009.
