Sure, there have been the good — the Brit-Mod 60s, the wrap-dress 70s, the coke-bag 80s — but for every Mondrian shift there’s a Juicy Couture tracksuit. Whether imported or homegrown, these trends have created a blight on American fashion. I can’t stand how cool this looks to me.

God damn trucker hats, I know its really soon to be considered retro, but is it too soon for a comeback or at least a sequel of some sort?

Come on, the only ones who wore truckers when they were “cool” were Jersey girls with rock hards for Paris Hilton and Justin Timberlake stoolies, but isn’t it time we claim this look as our own by creating ones with classic bands like the New York Dolls. Case in point, the hat above. It’s only $88 on 80spurple, but worth so much more in street cred.
