Oh, how pathetic 21st century television has become. I’ve always been slightly entertained by MTV’s True Life, simply because of the fact that people’s confessions/habits/professions on this show are, for the most part, ridiculous and bizarre. I mean come on, who wouldn’t waste an hour to watch True Life: My Roomate Prostitutes Herself for Watermelon Jolly Ranchers or True Life: I Am Deathly Afraid of Cotton Balls. Although these episodes are quite an exaggeration (or are they?), nine times out of ten, the show televises something humiliating and sad.

Thanks to an announcement released today by the New York Post, it is now advertised that the producers of True Life are looking for women who hate their boobs. Whether they are too small, too big, lopsided, deformed, what have you, the next episode on the list is True Life: I Don’t Like My Breasts. Honestly, if you were that insecure about your mosquito bites, then why on earth would you allow them to be examined, along with your psyche, on national television? The producers also stated that they aren’t looking for women who merely want breast implants, they are looking for people whose breasts are “keeping them from having the life they want.” Jeeze girls, there is really more to life than the joy of back pain by the time you are 50 or the ability to be motorboated.
